Are there any age & state restrictions ?
Yes, Arise requires that you legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide services to any area currently accepting new applicants. Planning to move? No worries take your work with you!
** Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states and U.S. territories: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands**
Am I Able To Work Part-Time or Full Time?
We hire Independent Contractors only. All of our positions are contract work. Remote agents choose their own hours and can choose the amount of hours they work each week.
**Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.**
How much is the pay?
These opportunities pay between $11 - $18 an hour. The pay is determined by the client you choose, and will be explained in each available opportunity announcement.

How do I become an agent?
In order to partner with InSync Virtual Services and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.
The following are the startup costs:
- Certification Course for the client you choose are FREE!
- $30 Arise for each opportunity background check fee will start
- Servicing Equipment (Ex: Laptop, noise canceling Headset..) Need one we have options! Check out the Equipment financing at the bottom of the site!
We have a low flat service fee of $49.99 per invoice which includes the fee of our partner. (Arise charges a bi-monthly agent access fee of $19.75.) $49.99 will be deducted per invoice to cover admin fees/arise fee) We pay our contractors on the 15th and last day of the month.
InSync Virtual Solutions has to cover business costs including Partner fees, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fees, and more. Our low flat service fee allows us to provide you with support getting started, during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!
No fees are charged during the certification training. Fees are not accessed until the first invoice after you begin providing services to our Arise clients.

Steps To Become An Agent
APPLY
Quick & EASY Process. No Resume needed!
- Simply apply, complete the Applicant Questionnaire and the FIRST part of freedom is complete!
- Review the email to complete the orientation portion.
Onboarding
- Complete the Onboarding Process according to the Onboarding Email!
- Complete the Arise Registration & take the short assessment. (1hr)
- Once the assessment is passed you are ready to select a client.
- Complete their Certification Training to become a Certified Customer Service Professional
Congratulations
You are now a Certified Customer Service Professional and ready to start earning $$.
